Short Biography

Ismet Aktas is a research assistant at the Chair of Communication and Distributed Systems, RWTH Aachen University. He received his Diploma degree from RWTH-Aachen University in 2007. His studies were funded by the excellence initiative “Ultra High Speed Information and Communication - UMIC”.

He started his PhD in the June of 2007. His research interests include communication systems, modular protocol design, cross-layer design, and jamming detection.
