Short Biography

Elias Weingaertner is a PhD. candidate and a research assistant at the Distributed Systems Group headed by Klaus Wehrle at RWTH Aachen University. In 2007, he obtained his Dipl.-Inf. degree (M.Sc. equivalent) in Media Computer Science at Ulm University in Germany with a thesis on hybrid sensor vehicular networks. From Fall 2004 to Spring 2005, he was a visiting graduate student at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, USA.
