COMSYS Retreat To Kleinwalsertal
In the last week of January, the COMSYS team gathered in Kleinwalsertal for its annual retreat, focusing on discussions of current research and improving teaching at the chair.
As every year, the team spent the week at the Söllerhaus in Kleinwalsertal. The retreat provided an opportunity for all scientific staff members to present the current status of their research projects and receive detailed feedback from colleagues.
In addition to research discussions, much time was dedicated to reflecting on and improving the chair’s teaching activities. Together, the team evaluated existing lectures and developed ideas for offering students more practical learning experiences.
During free time, the team took the opportunity to go skiing and hiking in the snow and spent the evenings playing boardgames.
